Job summary

Advocate Health in the United States seeks a Pharmacy Applications Analyst to support Epic Willow Ambulatory and Willow Specialty within the Pharmacy IT team. You will work on workflows that enable timely patient access, including e-prescribing, benefits investigation, prior authorizations, and patient access processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, and Epic Willow/Willow Specialty certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS or related field.
• Typically 1 year of experience in automated laboratory or business systems.
• Epic certification and compe tence in Willow products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and modify procedures due toWorkflow changes for Epic applications.
• Assist with impact analysis and prioritization of user requests.
• Document workflows, specifications, and change control materials.
• Support testing, training, and results evaluation for Epic apps.
• Communicate project status and upgrade impacts to users and management.
• Maintain and update product documentation and installation instructions.
