Advocate Health is seeking a Pharmacy IT Analyst to support Epic Willow ambulatory and Willow Specialty applications, driving workflows that improve patient access to therapies. You will collaborate with users and leadership to implement procedures, assist with testing, and manage documentation.

A bachelor’s degree in computer science and Epic-related certs are preferred, with a remote work option for select states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Typically requires 1 year of experience in automated laboratory and/or business systems.
• Epic Willow Ambulatory and/or Willow Specialty certification is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Modify procedures due to workflow changes related to Epic applications.
• Explain Epic application functionality to users and assist with full application use.
• Support testing, user training, and results evaluation; track progress and delays.
• Maintain and update documentation, user manuals, and change control records.
