Responsibilities

• Works on cross-functional projects, attends meetings and ensures tasks stay within scope.
• Evaluates system functionality against customer requirements during product demos.
• Configures features, security settings and creates user documentation.
• Investigates issues related to application, configuration and security setup.
• Develops end-user training materials and support documentation.
• Stays current with core application certifications and industry trends.
• Adapts to changing responsibilities and participates in on-call rotations.
