Boston Medical Center, Corp. is seeking an Applications Analyst I to align technology solutions with business strategies and to support Epic Willow Ambulatory. The role covers configuration, testing, installation, training, and troubleshooting of application systems.

You will develop credibility with customer management and IT, diagnose problems across environments, and work as a team player to improve business processes within system goals. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Strong verbal communication skills with IT and end users.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems across environments.
• Team player; flexible, friendly, and enthusiastic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
