Job summary

Washington Regional Medical System is seeking an Applications Analyst–Epic Willow to support safe, compliant medication management across inpatient and ambulatory settings. You will partner with pharmacy, nursing, physicians, informatics, revenue cycle, and IT teams to optimize medication records, formularies, dispensing, charging, and interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or clinical license required.
• Four to six years of clinical, pharmacy, operational, or healthcare applications experience with Epic Willow workflows preferred.
• Experience building, testing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Epic Willow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain advanced knowledge of Epic Willow functionality including medication records, formularies, order verification, dispensing, inventory, and CDS.
• Lead enhancements, optimization initiatives, and workflow improvements with pharmacy and IT stakeholders.
• Oversee Willow design, build, configuration, maintenance, and validation for pharmacy operations and regulatory alignment.
• Coordinate testing for Willow—unit, regression, system, interfaces, and user acceptance.
