Job summary

UCSF is seeking an Epic Willow Application Analyst to support design, configuration, implementation, testing, and ongoing maintenance of Epic Willow applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Epic Willow support experience, strong application build skills, and the ability to collaborate with clinical and pharmacy stakeholders to optimize workflows and improve system performance.

Qualifications

Epic Willow certification is required.
Hands-on Epic Willow support experience and strong build skills.
Experience with configuring, building, testing, implementing, and maintaining Epic Willow.
Strong understanding of clinical or pharmacy workflows.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Configure, build, implement, and maintain Epic Willow applications.
Analyze pharmacy and clinical workflows to identify requirements and optimization opportunities.
Translate operational requirements into technical specifications and application configurations.
Conduct system testing, QA, release analysis, and data validation.
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate resolution with technical/operational teams.
Support go-live activities, stabilization, and ongoing production operations.
Develop user training materials and provide end-user training and support.
Maintain application documentation, internal procedures, and change control processes.
Collaborate with team leads, pharmacists, clinicians, and stakeholders.
Support integrations and workflow improvements across the EHR environment.
