Job summary
A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Epic Willow Application Analyst/Builder to support Ambulatory Pharmacy Services in a fully remote, direct-hire role across eligible U.S. states.
The candidate will lead builds, configurations, and enhancements with hands-on Epic Willow experience and required certifications. Responsibilities include guiding technical discussions, mentoring teammates, and driving workflow optimization across clinical and operational teams.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience building, configuring, and supporting Epic applications.
- Ability to lead application support, mentor teams, and drive improvements.
- Experience analyzing workflows and gathering technical/operational requirements.
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, maintain, and support Epic Willow applications for Ambulatory Pharmacy.
- Evaluate existing functionality to identify optimization opportunities and improve end-user experience.
- Translate business needs into practical Epic solutions and coordinate cross-functional discussions.
- Serve in an application leadership capacity to prioritize work and guide solution development.
- Mentor teammates and promote structured problem-solving in a dynamic healthcare IT environment.
- Communicate technical recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
