Boston Medical Center is seeking an Applications Analyst I to align technology solutions with business strategies in the EHR environment. The role covers configuration, testing, installation, training, and troubleshooting of Epic Willow Ambulatory while building credibility with management and end users.

You will work in a full-time capacity within the E H R department, collaborating with IT colleagues and end users to improve business processes and system efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related field (or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and IT support is beneficial.

• Configure, test, install, train, and troubleshoot Epic Willow Ambulatory.
