Cone Health Medical Group is seeking an Application Analyst Intermediate to provide technical support for complex clinical and business applications, improving performance and alignment with organizational needs. Under moderate supervision, you will gather, analyze and translate user needs into actionable configuration and workflows.

Epic Willow certification is strongly preferred, and you will collaborate across teams to test, document and troubleshoot while ensuring data quality and system

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in relevant field.
• 2 years of experience in application analysis or healthcare IT.
• Epic certification testing within policy timeframe.

Responsabilités

• Collaborates with internal and external technical and end user groups to ensure applications meet clinical and business needs during build and implementation.
• Performs in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details and other technical issues related to design and build decisions.
• Translates business/clinical functionality into system configuration and workflow.
• Prepares and executes test scripts for application testing, new release testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Documents test results, design changes, and internal procedures according to standards.
• Provides technical application support, triage, and troubleshooting for complex applications and monitors data quality and integrity.
• Keeps knowledge of new technical concepts and healthcare solutions and applies them appropriately.
• Assists with implementation and support of third-party systems.
• Ensures integration across cross-functional applications used by the organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
