Job summary

Tower Health is seeking an Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst to implement, develop, and maintain the Epic WAM system along with third-party interfaces. This role leverages your Epic Willow Ambulatory build experience to support clinical workflows and patient data integration.

The position is primarily remote with a preference for candidates in Eastern or Central time zones. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication and collaborative skills to work with IT staff and end users.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and customer-service orientation.
• Experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory build and installation.
• Willingness to learn, support and troubleshoot supporting technologies.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes to understand operations and workflows for Epic Willow Ambulatory.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain interface solutions and integrations.
• Troubleshoot integration/mapping issues and participate in testing builds.
• Collaborate with IT staff and end users; present information effectively to stakeholders.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the Epic platform and related modules.
