Job summary

The Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC) seeks an experienced Epic Willow Ambulatory Application Analyst to design, configure, and optimize outpatient pharmacy workflows. You will work closely with pharmacists, technicians, providers, and finance to improve medication safety and efficiency.

Responders will configure Willow systems, test interfaces, and ensure seamless integration with clinical and billing modules while supporting inventory and formulary processes.

Qualifications

Must align with OKCIC vision, mission, and core values.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Pharmacy, Health Informatics, Healthcare IT, Information Systems, or related field required.
One year of additional relevant experience may substitute for education.
Active Epic certification relevant to the position required at time of application and maintained throughout employment.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Willow Ambulatory software for outpatient pharmacy workflows.
Set up inventory tracking system for pharmacy supplies.
Build and monitor e-prescribing interfaces and drug database integrations.
Collaborate with finance to maintain formulary charging and pricing matrices.
Execute integrated testing to validate pharmacy workflows with clinical and billing modules.
