The Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC) is seeking an experienced Epic Application Analyst – Outpatient Clinical Systems to design, build, and optimize Epic workflows supporting ambulatory care across our clinics.

You will collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health providers, dental teams, and other stakeholders to improve efficiency, patient safety, and care quality. This role requires Epic certification and a strong healthcare IT background.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of healthcare IT/EHR experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; related field preferred.
• Epic certification required; maintain certification.
• Experience configuring or supporting Epic or similar EHR is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Configure, build, and maintain ambulatory clinical tools and templates.
• Set up decision support and order entry workflows in outpatient clinics.
• Analyze clinical and regulatory requirements for specialized clinics.
• Conduct workflow walkthroughs with clinical SMEs to validate builds.
• Develop and execute testing plans for safety and data integrity.
• Provide Tier-2 support and manage user configuration changes.
