Qualifications

• 2+ years in technology support or related roles.
• 1+ years troubleshooting basic software, application, or system issues.
• 1+ years entering, tracking, or managing data in an enterprise system or ticketing platform.

Responsibilities

• Epic Application Support: provide entry-level support for Epic users across clinical and operational roles.
• Training Coordination & Support: assist with New Employee and Clinician Training, track completion, organize materials.
• Operations & Clinical Partnership: align training with clinic workflows and onboarding.
• LMS Administration: manage LMS, assign courses, maintain learning paths and track completion.
• Class & Logistics Coordination: schedule training rooms, manage rosters, prepare materials.
• System Access Support: manage Epic access tickets and related requests.
• Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows and drive improvements.
