Job summary

Triad Adult and Pediatric Medicine is seeking an experienced EPIC Support Analyst/Trainer to implement and sustain the EPIC System across TAPM. You will lead end-user education, manage training programs, and ensure system proficiency before production use.

The role requires strong project management, change management, and healthcare IT knowledge, with responsibilities spanning design, delivery, and cross-functional collaboration across management, clinicians, and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education or healthcare or related field; EPIC experience preferred.
• 4+ years in clinical support, design and delivery of EPIC.
• Project management and change management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging EPIC end-user training for diverse staff.
• Serve as primary resource for the EPIC system.
• Plan and present end-user education for the EPIC project.
• Manage EPIC IT helpdesk tickets and training logistics.
• Document EPIC upgrades and training changes.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure training quality.
