Job summary

UCI Health seeks an experienced EHR trainer and support specialist to provide application assistance for Epic and related clinical systems across multiple facilities. You will deliver on-site user training, troubleshoot workflows, and collaborate with clinicians and IT to improve efficiency and compliance.

Responsibilities include responsive end-user support, developing training materials, and coordinating chart-closure and data integrity tasks while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Three years of clinical EHR support experience in acute or ambulatory settings.
• Proficiency with Epic modules including COPE, Ambulatory, OpTime, Anesthesia, Stork, Cupid, and others.
• Experience with voice-assisted documentation tools and data driven tools.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or higher in Healthcare, Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site EHR and clinical-use application support across multiple facilities.
• Deliver training and develop training materials for clinicians and staff.
• Troubleshoot Epic workflows and drive efficiency and compliance.
• Assist with end-user support, training tools, and provider workflow integration.
