Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Experience with healthcare information systems and clinical training preferred.
• 3–5 years computer-related experience, ideally in medical settings.
• Epic certification candidate preferred; certification within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to train diverse groups and assess learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Train Epic EHR users and deliver computer, workflow-based, and procedural training.
• Organize and conduct moderately complex training programs; maintain training records.
• Provide oversight for credentialed trainers; assist with recruitment and scheduling.
• Coordinate schedules and tasks; assess instructional quality and classroom performance.
• Support improvements in end-user experience and application productivity.
