Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Bachelor’s in education, instructional design, clinical field or equivalent preferred.
• 1–2 years in healthcare IT or clinical training environments.
• Healthcare IT/EMR training experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of HFHS workflows and policies is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide Epic training to diverse user groups.
• Design and deliver educational curricula.
• Recruit, supervise and evaluate credentialed trainers.
• Maintain training records and program effectiveness.
• Improve end user experience of the Epic application.
