Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in education or related field of study required.
• Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of Instruction design, curriculum development experience required.
• E-learning & video development skills a plus.
• Knowledge of educational technology, e-learning programs, adult learning principles, and learner-centered activities.
• Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to work well with all levels of staff as well as multiple audiences, maintaining service excellence principles.
• Proficient meeting facilitation and documentation skills; follow-through and exceptional attention to detail on all tasks are essential.
• Proficient organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and perform multiple tasks simultaneously while thriving in a complex environment.
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks (i.e., plan, organize, problem solve, and meet deadlines) or as part of a team.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of high-quality instructional materials and programs.
• Leverage adult learning principles to design and develop enterprise Epic training content for clinical and revenue cycle applications.
• Design and develop comprehensive instructional curricula and programs, including courses, workshops, online modules, and blended learning.
• Lead the instructional design process end-to-end, ensuring effective learning experiences using ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent frameworks.
• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and instructional design teams to analyze learning needs and define goals.
• Manage ongoing training environment build, testing, migration, and maintenance for assigned application(s).
• Assess enhancements and audience impact to evaluate training needs and recommend modalities.
• Coordinate development and implementation of training strategies, plans, and processes for the assigned application.
