Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks an experienced instructional designer to lead the design, development, and implementation of high‑quality training materials transforming clinical and regulatory content into engaging learning experiences.

You will develop curricula for courses, workshops, and online modules, using ADDIE or SAM, and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training aligns with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in education or related field required.
• Equivalent experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of instruction design and curriculum development experience required.
• E-learning & video development skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of instructional materials and programs.
• Create curricula, courses, workshops, online modules, and blended learning.
• Own the instructional design process end-to-end using ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent frameworks.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to analyze learning needs and define goals.
• Manage training environments, testing, migration, and maintenance for assigned applications.
• Assess enhancements and audience impact to tailor training approaches.
• Coordinate training strategies, plans, and processes for the assigned application.
