Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated is seeking an experienced instructional designer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise Epic training materials for clinical and revenue cycle platforms.

You will apply ADDIE or SAM, collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders, and manage end-to-end training programs—courses, workshops, online modules, and blended formats—while operating in a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in education or related field required.
• 5+ years of Instruction design, curriculum development experience required.
• E-learning & video development skills a plus.
• Epic training knowledge and certifications may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of instructional materials and programs.
• Develop curricula and programs including courses, workshops, online modules.
• Manage end-to-end instructional design using ADDIE, SAM, or equivalent.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to analyze learning needs.
• Maintain training environment build, testing, and migration.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt modalities.
• Coordinate training strategies and processes for assigned applications.
