Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer based on our campus in Madison, WI, with relocation assistance. You will lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users, becoming the first point of contact for staff as they transition to Epic.

From instructional design to developing training materials and scenarios, you will shape experiences, collaborate with teams to create workflow-based content, and contribute to projects that make our software more intuitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days with 2–4 day trips.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area reimbursed.
• COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users.
• Serve as first point of contact for staff and users during Epic transitions.
• Involve in instructional design and develop training materials and scenarios.
• Design workflow-based training content and collaborate with organizations to develop training.
• Contribute to projects to make Epic software more intuitive.
