Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer based on our campus in Madison, WI, with relocation assistance. You will lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users, and serve as the first contact for staff as they transition to Epic.

From instructional design to developing training materials and scenarios, you’ll shape the experience and collaborate with teams to create workflow-based content. Expect travel 25-60% and a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, teaching, or performance preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt training materials for diverse healthcare audiences.

Responsibilities
