Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff. You’ll design training materials and scenarios, and serve as the first point of contact to shape learners’ experience as they transition to Epic.

Based on our campus near Madison, WI, this role requires relocation assistance and involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to create workflow-based content and ongoing training programs, helping users improve patient care

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
Willingness to travel 25–60% of working days.
Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area reimbursed.
COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff.
Develop training materials and scenarios for Epic users from start to finish.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design workflow-based training content.
Support learners as they transition to Epic and improve software usability.
