Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users, as well as Epic staff. You will design training materials and scenarios and deliver them across diverse audiences.

You will collaborate with teams to shape the training experience, develop workflow-based content, and participate in projects to make Epic software more intuitive. A relocation to Madison, WI is required with support.

Qualifications

• Experience in education, teaching, or performance preferred.
• Strong academic and professional track record.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users as well as Epic staff.
• Design instructional materials and training scenarios to be delivered.
• Collaborate with organizations to develop their training and create workflow-based content.
• Contribute to projects to improve Epic software usability and training effectiveness.
