Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer on our Madison, WI campus, with relocation assistance provided. You will lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff, becoming the first contact and shaping their Epic transition experience.

You will design training from instruction to materials and scenarios, collaborate on workflow-based content, and work with organizations to tailor training. Salary offers travel, sabbatical, and stock rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25–60% of working days (typical month 1–2 trips).
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users.
• Be the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic.
• Handle instructional design and develop training materials and scenarios to be delivered.
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content and tailor training with organizations.
• Engage in projects to make Epic more intuitive and user-friendly.
