Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users. You will be the first contact for staff and shape their experience as they transition to Epic, from instructional design to creating training materials and scenarios.

The role involves teamwork to design workflow-based content and participating in projects to make the software more intuitive. Relocation assistance is provided as part of joining our Madison-area campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater required or equivalent
• Experience in education, teaching, or performance preferred
• Willingness to travel 25–60% of working days

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff
• Develop training materials and scenarios from instructional design
• Collaborate with teams to design workflow-based training content
