Job summary

Epic is seeking a Training Specialist to lead in-person and virtual sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users at our Madison, WI campus, with relocation support provided. You will be the first point of contact for staff as they transition to Epic, shaping their experience and helping save lives through effective training.

From instructional design to developing training materials and scenarios, you’ll collaborate with teams to create workflow-based content and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• Will ingness to travel 25-60% of working days.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users.
• Serve as first point of contact for staff and users, guiding their Epic transition.
• Develop training materials and scenarios, from design to delivery.
