Responsibilities

• Install, configure and manage deployment platforms for production, reporting, disaster recovery, training and non-production needs.
• Apply Epic upgrades and maintain hardware/software configurations per vendor guidance.
• Manage backups, OS releases, troubleshooting for Windows and Unix/Linux systems.
• Document application functionality, support procedures and end‑user education.
• Provide after-hours on-call support and capacity planning to ensure availability.
