Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking a System Administrator for Epic to join our IT Services team. The role covers installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of Epic EHR services, client and web servers, and related infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS/IT and 3–5 years of server/storage experience, plus vendor certifications or proficiency. This is a full-time remote position with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS/IT or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of server/storage infrastructure experience.
• Vendor certification in good standing or proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, operate, and maintain Epic (EHR) services and related servers.
• Support physical and virtual infrastructure across Windows and Linux.
• Coordinate with departments to install and maintain line-of-business applications.
