Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Achieve EPIC certifications provided upon hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related work.

Responsibilities

• Installing and managing the deployment platforms for production, reporting, training, and non-production needs.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrated third-party software and peripherals.
• Follow operational processes to ensure system stability and availability.
• Apply Epic upgrades and updates to production and non-production components.
• Manage backups, OS releases, and troubleshoot Windows/Linux systems.
• Create and maintain documentation for Epic environments and related applications.
• Provide after-hours and on-call support.
• Engage in capacity planning to ensure adequate resources.
