SolutionHealth is seeking an Epic Systems Administrator to install, configure, operate, and maintain the EpicService, Client, and Web servers. This involves setup, proactive monitoring, and keeping systems and delivery tools healthy.

You’ll provide user support, help deploy server infrastructure, and assist in VMware administration while coordinating with teams to keep key apps running. The role requires a BS in MIS/CS/IT and 3–5 years of experience, with an emphasis on enterprise server/storage

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, computer science, information technology or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience supporting server/storage infrastructure technologies.
• Ability to assist in installation, configuration and deployment across MS and Linux environments.
• VMware administration experience and customer-facing support experience.

Responsabilités

• Provides customer service to end users via phone, email or in person in a timely manner.
• Assist in implementing, configuring and deploying server/infrastructure across Microsoft and Linux platforms.
• Assist in supporting VMware infrastructure and ongoing administration of the enterprise environment.
• Coordinate with departments to install and maintain line of business applications.
