Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an Epic Systems Administrator to install, configure, operate, and maintain the Epic Service, Client Application, and Web Application Servers, ensuring reliable access to the EHR platform.

You will support both physical and virtual environments across Microsoft and Linux, assist VMware infrastructure, and coordinate with teams to install and maintain line-of-business applications for our enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS/IT or related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Vendor certification for assigned applications or proficiency with plan to achieve within 6 months.
Experience supporting server/storage infrastructure technologies across Microsoft and Linux platforms.

Responsibilities

Provides customer service to end users via telephone, electronic communications or in person in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in the implementation, configuration and deployment of server/system infrastructure across Microsoft and Linux platforms.
Support VMware infrastructure and enterprise environment; coordinate with departments to install and maintain line-of-business applications.
