Job summary

SolutionHealth is seeking an Epic Systems Administrator to manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of Epic-related services and web/application servers. The role covers both Windows and Linux environments, with a focus on proactive monitoring and infrastructure support.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in MIS/CS/IT and 3–5 years of experience, plus vendor certifications and strong customer-service skills to support end users across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, IT or related field, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Vendor certification in supported applications/modules required within 6 months of hire.
3–5 years experience supporting server/storage infrastructure technologies.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to end users via phone, email, or in person.
Assist in deployment and configuration of server/system infrastructure across MS and Linux.
Assist in supporting VMware infrastructure and enterprise environment administration.
Coordinate with teams to install and maintain line-of-business applications for assigned systems.
