Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Experience with Epic Ambulatory is preferred.
• Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications. Performs workflow analysis and documents user experiences.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and updates systems with new functionality.
• Manages small to medium projects and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Performs problem solving and root cause analysis to resolve issues.
