Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs/builds, tests, implements, and supports the needs of Epic software.
• Analyzes and determines system requirements and specifications. Documents workflow analysis and creates user guides.
• Configures changes within Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and updates systems with new functionality.
• Manages small to medium projects and updates stakeholders on progress.
• Performs problem-solving and root cause analysis to resolve issues and document solutions.
