Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software.
• Analyzes system requirements and documents workflows; creates training materials.
• Configures changes in Epic environments to support standardized workflows and new functionality.
• Provides guidance and support to end-users to resolve system issues.
• Manages small to medium projects and communicates progress to stakeholders.
• Performs root cause analysis to resolve routine to moderately complex problems.
