Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Analyst to configure, roll out, and support Epic software across ambulatory environments. You will analyze requirements, document workflows, and train end-users while maintaining system configurations to meet user needs.

The role requires Epic administration experience and Certification within six months, with preference for Epic Ambulatory knowledge and healthcare exposure. This remote role may involve travel as needed.

Qualifications

3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
Experience with Epic Ambulatory is preferred.

Responsibilities

Plans, designs, builds, tests, implements, and supports Epic software components.
Analyzes system requirements; documents workflows and trains users.
Configures changes in Epic environments to support standardized workflows.
Provides end-user support and guidance to enhance Epic use.
Manages small to medium projects and communicates progress to stakeholders.
