St. Luke's Health Network, Inc. seeks an Epic Analyst/Builder II to provide intermediate maintenance, support, and development to assigned Epic applications.

The role involves participation on implementation projects, issue resolution, test script execution, and maintaining knowledge base documentation. Qualifications include Epic proficiency or certification, 1–3 years of general computer and healthcare experience, and MS Office skills.

Competenze

• Epic proficiency and/or certification required or must obtain upon hire.
• 1-3 years of general computer experience is required.
• 1-3 years of healthcare experience is preferred.
• Epic Application experience is required.
• MS Office experience is required.

Mansioni

• Provides intermediate maintenance, support, and development to assigned applications.
• Participates on implementation / installation project teams.
• Resolves and/or facilitates resolution of basic reported application issues; escalates more complex issues as appropriate.
• Develops, validates, and executes application and integrated test scripts.
• Adheres to organization standards for system configuration and change control.
• Develops, supports, and maintains KB documentation.
• Gathers requirements, develops specifications, and prepares documentation.
• Inform leadership of new release features/functionality and changes/revisions that will impact operations.
