Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking an Epic Analyst/Builder I to provide basic maintenance, support and development for assigned Epic applications within the IT team.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, testing, KB documentation, and collaborating with instructional designers to create training materials. Epic certification is preferred within one year; 0–2 years IT and healthcare experience is desirable. This is a full-time on-site role in Allentown, PA.

Qualifications

• Epic proficiency or certification preferred.
• 0–2 years general computer experience required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic maintenance, support and development to Epic applications.
• Resolves and/or facilitates resolution of basic reported issues.
• Tests and maintains Epic tests and scripts.
• Develops and maintains KB documentation.
• Informs leadership of new Epic features/changes impacting operations.
• Collaborates with instructional designers to build training materials.
