St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking an Epic Analyst/Builder II to provide maintenance, support and development for assigned applications.

You will participate on implementation teams, address basic issues, create tests, and maintain documentation while aligning with change control standards. The role requires Epic proficiency or certification and experience with healthcare applications, plus familiarity with project management and process improvement methodologies.

Competenze

• Epic proficiency and/or certification is preferred or must obtain upon hire.
• Bachelor or Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or Healthcare Administration or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Provides intermediate maintenance, support, and development to assigned applications.
• Participates on implementation/installation and project teams.
• Resolves or facilitates resolution of basic reported application issues.
• Escalates more complex issues as appropriate.
• Develops, validates, and executes application and integrated test scripts.
• Adheres to organization standards for system configuration and change control.
• Develops, supports, and maintains KB documentation.
• Gathers requirements, develops specifications, and prepares documentation.
• Inform leadership of new release features/functionality and changes that will impact operations.
• Familiar with process improvement, demand management, and project management methodologies.
• Maintains current knowledge of technology by attending continuing education training/seminars.
