Job summary

The Epic Applications Analyst II at St. Charles Health System is responsible for planning and executing all facets of the life cycle for Epic software applications supporting hospitals and clinics.

The Analyst coordinates decisions, designs, builds, tests and deploys the Epic EHR and related IT systems to meet lean processes and best practices. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Epic certification in at least one module; travel for training may be required.
• Minimum four years paid experience; two as Epic Analyst; healthcare setting experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads installation and patching, upgrades, and roadmapping for system improvements.
• Collaborates with users to improve business value of applications.
• Leads cross-functional workgroups across application and operational teams.
• Manages configuration decisions to support organizational strategies.
• Performs in-depth analysis of workflows, data, and reports for Epic EHR.
