St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking an Epic Analyst/Builder I to provide basic maintenance, support and development for assigned Epic applications.

The role involves testing, documenting, and communicating changes to operational leadership, and collaborating with instructional designers to build training materials. You will work with IT and clinical stakeholders to implement features, resolve issues, and support ongoing process improvements within a hospital network committed to

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field is preferred.
• Epic certification within one year or less is preferred.
• Healthcare IT experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, support and develop Epic applications.
• Resolve basic application issues and escalate complex cases.
• Test and maintain application/test scripts.
• Maintain change control standards and documentation.
• Develop and maintain training materials with instructional designers.
• Inform leadership about new release features and changes.
