Qualifications

• Epic certification, accreditation, or proficiency in one or more applicable Epic applications required or preferred
• Epic data analytics tools are required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in health IT
• 7+ years of experience with Epic reporting tools
• Experience with programming languages (SQL/SSIS/R/Python) and analytics
• Familiarity with clinical terminology or workflows

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of Epic applications across Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Access areas
• Perform upgrades, configuration, workflow assessments, testing, and incident/change management
• Lead smaller projects or components of larger initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end users to improve system utilization
• Support and mentor junior team members and provide guidance on Epic implementations
