Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of analyst-level healthcare systems experience.
• Epic certification required.
• Demonstrated leadership across multi-departmental teams.
• Strong knowledge of software/applications and operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Epic Scheduling team including support, build, and optimization of scheduling tools (Cadence, Hello World, Cheers, MyChart).
• Translate business needs into reliable workflows to support patient access across regions.
• Ensure system governance, change control, and release readiness for scheduling applications.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance management of analytics staff.
