Nemours Children's Health is seeking an IS Business Application Manager to lead the Epic Scheduling team and related access applications across the enterprise. The role requires deep technical expertise in Epic scheduling and integrations to ensure stable, scalable systems aligned with access goals and patient experience.

The manager provides hands‑on leadership and technical oversight for build, testing, and release readiness.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Epic certification required.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in healthcare IT.
• Experience with Epic scheduling modules: Cadence, Hello World, Cheers and MyChart.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Epic Scheduling team across the enterprise.
• Translate business needs into reliable Epic scheduling configurations and integrations.
• Ensure system governance, change control, and release readiness for scheduling applications.
• Coach and develop analysts, manage staffing and performance.
• Partner with access, clinical, operational, and IT teams to optimize workflows.
