Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Epic certification required.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in healthcare IT.
• Experience with Epic scheduling modules: Cadence, Hello World, Cheers and MyChart.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Epic Scheduling team across the enterprise.
• Translate business needs into reliable Epic scheduling configurations and integrations.
• Ensure system governance, change control, and release readiness for scheduling applications.
• Coach and develop analysts, manage staffing and performance.
• Partner with access, clinical, operational, and IT teams to optimize workflows.
