Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to collaborate with the Scheduling Manager to design and maintain provider schedules for multiple clinics. You will help manage leave requests, payroll sign-offs, and Epic scheduling templates across disciplines.

The role requires strong scheduling and communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to HIPAA and patient privacy.

Qualificações

• Experience with electronic health records and Epic preferred.
• Strong scheduling and project management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and process focused.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with creating and coordinating provider in-clinic and call schedules across sites.
• Assist Scheduling Manager with leave requests approvals and related payroll tasks.
• Create, manage, and maintain Epic schedule templates for various provider disciplines.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures related to scheduling and leave processes.
