Job summary

Synergy Direct LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to manage staff and provider calendars in a busy outpatient healthcare environment. You will develop accurate schedules, coordinate coverage, process time-offs, and ensure adherence to policies and labor guidelines.

The role requires experience with UKG (Kronos), Epic or FAST, and at least 1 year in an outpatient clinic setting. You will work 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with one weekend day per month.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with Epic or FAST in a medical setting is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient clinic or medical office experience.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain staff and provider schedules to ensure clinic coverage.
• Enter, update, and modify schedules using UKG (Kronos).
• Monitor staffing levels and respond to call-outs and operational needs.
• Coordinate weekend and holiday schedules with fair rotation.
• Track attendance, availability, and staffing trends; report concerns to leadership.
