You will partner with service lines and department leaders to improve utilization, analyze data, and guide implementation of changes across ambulatory departments.

The role requires Epic Cadence Certification within 1 year, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong Excel/Power BI/Tableau skills for data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic scheduling build, templates, visit types, modifiers, and decision trees.
• Strong knowledge of ambulatory operations and scheduling best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot Epic scheduling requests day-to-day.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to align scheduling strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and modify Epic scheduling templates, visit types, modifiers, and decision trees.
• Provide day-to-day support for Epic scheduling configuration requests across ambulatory departments.
• Collaborate with leaders to address scheduling needs and resolve configuration issues.
• Educate end users on usage and best practices; deliver trainings and create tip sheets.
