Job summary

Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Sr Analyst, Access and Engagement Platforms (Finance) to join our team across Jacksonville, Orlando, or Wilmington. You will act as a subject matter expert for Epic scheduling and digital engagement tools, lead complex builds and upgrades, and partner with clinical and IT leaders to ensure enterprise alignment for scalable access and scheduling workflows.

You will mentor analysts, participate in governance, and ensure system integrity while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience for internal candidates only.
• Minimum of five years' experience in healthcare IT or related field.
• Prior clinical, healthcare operations, or IT experience is required.
• Certification in Epic module or relevant bedside technologies after hire may be required to support access and digital engagement applications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Cadence, Hello World, Cheers, and MyChart with advanced knowledge and certifications.
• Lead complex builds, configurations, and optimization efforts aligning with enterprise standards and workflows.
• Own large-scale implementations and upgrades, including planning, build oversight, testing, and go-live support.
• Conduct advanced workflow and system analysis to translate operational needs into scalable designs.
• Ensure system integrity and performance, manage risks, and enforce governance and change control.
• Lead testing and validation, including integrated testing and defect resolution for production readiness.
• Mentor associate analysts to strengthen team capability and consistency.
• Monitor platform performance and drive targeted improvements for access and scheduling efficiency.
