Nemours Children's Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Access and Engagement Platforms, to join our team in Jacksonville, FL or Orlando, FL or Wilmington, DE. You will serve as a subject matter expert for Epic scheduling and digital engagement tools including Cadence, Hello World, Cheers, and MyChart.

You will lead complex builds, configurations, and optimization efforts to ensure system integrity, governance, and reliable production deployments, while mentoring analysts and partnering with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent work experience may be considered for internal candidates only.
• Five or more years of experience.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.
• Clinical, healthcare operations, or IT experience preferred.
• Epic module certification or relevant bedside technologies required after hire.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, configuration, and optimization of Cadence, Hello World, Cheers, and MyChart.
• Oversee large-scale implementations and upgrades with planning, build oversight, and go-live support.
• Analyze workflows to translate needs into scalable designs for better scheduling and access.
• Ensure system integrity, governance compliance, and reliable performance across platforms.
• Lead testing, validation, and defect resolution for production readiness.
• Collaborate with clinical, operational, and digital leaders to align capabilities with care models.
• Mentor analysts and associates to strengthen team capability.
• Monitor platform performance and drive improvements in access and utilization.
• Support governance processes and participate in change control and prioritization.
